Hawaiʻi residents: Please follow the Application Process described in the documents below. The Tongue Point Letter & the List of Requirements will make applying easier.

Submit all required documents, by email to the Inland Boatmen's Union (IBU) for a referral interview into the Job Corps Seamanship Academy in Astoria, Oregon. 
 
Hālau Holomoana participants should contact your KVA College Career Counselor.
