Windward Community College HWST 110
SUMMER

Aloha!  Welcome to Kānehūnāmoku Voyaging Academy'​s Windward Community College (WCC) HWST 110 course.  This course is designed for students entering or in high school who are seeking dual credit through WCC.  HWST 110 Summer 2025 is a two week long class for kula kaipauni students from Kamakau and Kailua. 
  • Tuesday, July 22 - Friday, July 25 
    • 9:00-11:00 ZOOM ONLINE CLASS (link below)  
    • Additional 1.5 hours of asynchronous/offline work to be completed after online class. ​
  • Monday, July 28 - Thursday, July 31
    • 8:00 - 2:00 IN PERSON CLASS

Course Requirements:
  • Please make sure you show up daily, online and in person, mākaukau to sail and ready to learn.  
  • You must have a journal and something to write with for each session.
  • You must sign waivers and bring on first IN PERSON CLASS or will be sent home and given no participation points for the day
